Our church had a craft sale from November to December to raise money for the church choir. The contributions were wonderful - it was such a delight to see how talented our choir and parishioners are.
These sets of music note cards were among my donations. I doodled this at school and thought it would be an appropriate design for a choir fundraiser. The cards are printed onto slightly glossy paper (not photo gloss), and the envelopes are regular colored paper. I made blue, yellow, and music note envelopes, as shown. To make the right shape, I took apart another envelope to use as a template.
For the music note envelopes, I found a page of sheet music with a handwritten look to it and printed out several sheets. Then I used the envelope template as usual to cut out the right shape. As a result, the sheet music slants. I'd have to do more futsing around if I wanted the notes to be straight across because of how the envelope template fits onto the paper.
Like the Stationary for Mom, I made more paper bands to go around the cards with a Martha Stewart paper punch.
